Dawson Village features 20 garages available for lease on an individual basis, for a vehicle or for additional storage. There is a community playground for all to enjoy. Pets are welcome in the community, with a one-time additional deposit and a low monthly fee of $25 (limit 2 per apartment).

Currently 12-month leases are available (shorter leases available for an additional fee).
